This guide covers how to replace an inner tube with Presta valve on a Fuji road bike.
Bikes are one of the most common forms of transportation, and they require frequent maintenance if they are to remain at their peak condition. The inner tube cushions the bike tire from impacts, and it helps the bike absorb shock from a rough and bumpy terrain. Punctures, manufacturing defects, or changing tire size are among the many reasons one should know how to replace the inner tube of a bike. Luckily, this a process that is quick and not too complex, so any person with a tire lever and an air pump can do it.
Once you have completed the steps, be sure the inner tube is inflated to the correct pressure. Now you should be able to enjoy a smooth ride once again!

Flip the bike upside down.
-
-
-
Find the Presta valve of the tire, then remove the cap by turning counter-clockwise.
-
-
-
Twist the tip of the Presta valve counter-clockwise.
-
-
-
Press firmly on the valve to release the air in the tube.
-
Hold firmly until there is no more air left.
-
-
-
Lift the lever on the brake assembly of the wheel to release the brakes.
-
-
-
Unscrew the cap of the front wheel spoke by turning it counter-clockwise.
-
-
-
Firmly grab the lever on the other side of the spoke and lift it up.
-
-
-
Grab the top of the wheel, and gently lift it off the frame of the bike.
-
-
-
-
Find the Presta valve, and unscrew the nut at the bottom of the Presta valve.
-
-
-
Insert the two tire levers on the opposite side of the Presta Valve, placing each one about 10 inches apart.
-
The side the levers are on doesn't matter, but ensure both levers are on the same side of the wheel.
-
-
-
Push both tire levers down until the tire lifts off the rim.
-
-
-
Firmly push the side of the tire that is off the rim.
-
Repeat the action of pushing around the entire wheel until one side of the wheel is off the rim.
-
-
-
Grab the inner tube from the inside of the tire, and pull the rest of the tube out.
-
Remove the inner tube from the wheel by pulling the part of the tube that is attached to the Presta Valve until the valve slides out from the wheel.
-
-
-
With the new tube, insert the Presta valve into the hole of the rim.
-
-
-
Starting from where the valve is, push the side of the tire that was off the rim back onto the rim, making sure the tube is inside the tire.
-
Repeat this going down the right side of the tire, stopping at halfway point of the rim.
-
-
-
Push in the tire from the left side of the rim, and repeat this going down the rim until it gets too difficult to push anymore.
-
-
-
Insert the tire lever before the last bit of the tire that is not in the rim.
-
Grab the rim with one hand, and use your other hand to grab the tire lever and push down until the tire is back on the rim.
-
-
-
Twist the nut for the Presta valve clockwise until it secures the Presta valve.
-
-
-
Grab the wheel and put it back on the fork of the bike.
-
-
-
Screw the Presta valve cap back on the Presta valve.
-
-
-
Loosely tighten the cap of the spoke by turning the cap clockwise.
-
Stop when you start to feel the cap is pressing against the fork.
