The top gasket maintains an airtight seal between the Top Cap and the Tool Body Unit that must be kept leak free for the Rigid R350RHE nail gun to work properly. When the gasket is leaking the best option is to replace the gasket with a new one. This guide will detail removing the Top Cap to remove the gasket and create an airtight seal.

    • Remove the four 25 mm screws with a 3/16" Allen wrench.

    • Remove the screws in a star pattern to apply even pressure when removing the top cap.

    • Remove the exhaust.

    • Pull away carefully with the tool parallel to the table to ensure no other parts fall.

    • Remove the gasket from the exhaust.
