Step 1 : Remove the back panel of the washing machine to be able to have access and a clear view on the motor.

Step 2 : Remove the screws in order to remove the motor.

Step 3 : Remove the serpentine belt.

Step 4 : Using your hands and a flat screwdriver, remove the chassis of the motor by trying to pry it off, in order to detach the motor which is anchored in the washing machine.

Once the motor removed, clean it using paper towels. Personally, we reused it.

To reassemble the machine, follow the instructions in reverse order.
