When the Coffee Spout Manifold is clogged with f. E. coffee fat, then the coffee only comes out in spurts, often out of only one of the two jets. The Spout Manifold is a sealed-off compartment with venting valves, which doesn't open and is hard to clean. The replacement part doesn't cost much and the replacement is fairly easy.

Update 2021: unfortunately, the coffee spout is no longer available. The only thing you can do is removing and cleaning it.:connect a thin silicone hose to a large syringe and the nozzle on the coffee spout. Then rinse extensively with a solution of machine cleaner.

Behind it, you'll find a chrome bezel. It is mounted at the marked spots.
Push the mounting points with a plastic opening tool to the side and remove the bezel carefully.

Remove the LEDs of the cup lighting from their holding clips and bend them aside.
Leverage the holder of the lighting element off and remove it.

Now it is possible to remove the keypad with the display, it is only held by clips. Remove it carefully by hand.
The keypad is connected by a large wire harness to the machine. The wire harness won't be removed, the keypad will only be pushed out of the way.

Now the spout is easily accessible. It is only fixed in place by clips and can be removed via a flat screwdriver or spatula.
