Firstly Disconnect battery

Always take the negative terminal off first.

Locate throttle body on right side of engine, it is between the intake tube and intake manifold.

Locate throttle linkage cable assembly.

Slide both slackened cables off assembly’s guides.

Locate the two hoses on the top of the throttle body.

Gently lift the hoses off.
-

Use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the hose clamp attaching the intake tube to the throttle body.

Remove the intake tube from the throttle body.

Locate wiring clip on the underside of the throttle body.
-
-
-
Press down on the locking mechanism before gently removing the wiring clip.
-

-
Locate throttle linkage arm.
-
Open the locking clip with a flat head screwdriver.

Pry off the linkage arm with a flat head screwdriver.

Locate the three 13mm nuts attaching the throttle body to the intake manifold.

Remove nuts with a 13mm crescent wrench.

Lift the throttle body off of the intake manifold.

The manifold is now out of the engine bay and ready for cleaning or adjustment.
