If your Razer Naga Epic Chroma Mouse doesn’t respond properly or continues to turn on and off at random times, it’s likely due to a faulty battery.
Prior to this guide make sure to check the troubleshooting guide as other problems are caused by these issues as well. Be sure to check all the Razer Naga Epic Chroma Guides for more information related to troubleshooting your mouse.
A punctured battery can cause a dangerous fire. If your battery is swollen, take appropriate precautions.

Do you have battery for sell?
You can purchase the battery from Amazon. I used the recommendation from ak48disk below, switching the battery leads: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0767K...
Anyone know where to buy a new battery?
Showing how to remove the old battery but not showing or writing what kind of battery one must have (type, where to buy, …) to replace the old one is somewhat stupid - really stupid!
that battery appears to be very swollen………
I believe the battery model is FT112943P
Any battery that’s 3.7V should be fine, I bought this battery from amazon. The only thing I need to do is to switch positive and negative terminals.
I have some spare Dualshock 4 controller batteries, which are basically 1S lipos, like the one in this mice.
I am just concerned about the protection circuit which tha original battery has, because the DS4 battery has a plastic case.
My question would be: Can I use the PS4 controller battery if I manage to hack it into the mice somehow, or would it be dangerous?
UPDATE: I just disassembled a PS4 controller’s battery, and without a case, you can fit a battery in the naga, but You need to change te + and - wires, and you have to solder in longer wires, but it works.
Will this battery work( size wise). The one ak48disk suggested will not ship outside US.
just removed my old battery and it looks exactly the same like on the pictures above, ordered new one and will assembly it tomorrow. Easy to find on amazon, bought 4 batteries for 18GBP. Wanted only one but Amazon was having them only in packs. Went for a smaller one tbh, as the 2000mah would not fit into the mouse so I’m having 1000mah which will be fine for me as my sessions are not long and I use it mostly on wire. If u need advice email me at dafff1991@gmail.com I’ll be happy to help. Regards, Dawid
Is it the one linked? For me it is unavailable for the last few days or did you get it from another place?
You left out the step where you order the wrong battery and have to wait three days for the right one to arrive. :-) Thanks for the help.
