By wear and tear the rubber ring underneath the blades of the blender may rip, making the blender inoperable. With the help of this repair guide you will be able to replace the ring, reassemble the blender and start making your smoothie again!

Lift the glass container of the motor

The motor is the bottom part of the blender

Unscrew the base from the glass container. The right direction is indicated by the red arrow.

Lift metal blades with the metal hood out of the base

Take the cutting blades in one hand and the black, plastic connector part in the other

Unscrew the latter together with the screw-nut from the axis by twisting
-
If necessary, apply a little force to slightly pull it out
-

Gently slide off the hood and lower, small metal protective ring from the axis and don’t lose the rubber ring!

Slide the broken ring off the axis

Replace the broken ring for a new one
-

-
Slide the remaining parts back on the axis in the following order:

Metal hood
-
Small metal protective ring
-
Black plastic connector
-
Screw back the screw-nut on the thread with the pliers to fasten the assembly

Put the blade-assembly back in the base
-
-
-
Twist the base back onto the glass container
-
Put the glass container on the stand (bottom part of the blender, containing the motor)
-
Start making your smoothie!
