Press and Hold on the Top Button
-
While still holding the top button, press and hold on the small back button.
-
This button is slightly recessed. You'll likely need to use a paperclip, SIM Eject tool, or other small pinpoint to press this button.
-
Upon pressing and holding the back button you'll feel a short vibration, continue to hold both buttons until you feel a longer vibration which indicates the factory reset is complete. After this you can release all buttons and re-pair it to your device.

Der Guide war gut, doch fehlte zum Lösen meiner Pairingprobleme noch das Löschen des GO Plus+ in den in-game Einstellungen von Pokémon GO als wichtiger Zusatz.
I feel the first vibration but I hold it for like 2 minutes and it doesn’t vibrate again. I am trying to factory reset it because it doesn’t work and I’m trying to see if the factory reset will work
Did you fix it?
I'm having the same issue, I believe mine is related to the battery not being charged enough to do anything. Not sure how I can get a discharged battery to start charging though.
