  1. Start by flipping the PS4 Pro over its top.
    • Start by flipping the PS4 Pro over its top.

    • Remove the plastic panel covering the drive bay, using the tab next to the Ethernet port.

  2. Remove the Phillips #0 screw securing the hard drive caddy to the chassis.
    • Remove the Phillips #0 screw securing the hard drive caddy to the chassis.

  3. Slide the hard drive caddy out.
    • Slide the hard drive caddy out.

    • Remove the four Phillips #0 screws securing the hard drive to the caddy.
