Remove the previous grip — start with the grip band and electrical tape at the top, then peel all the way down.
-
-
-
Clean the handle with cleansing wipes or by pulling the sticky residue off of the handle.
-
-
-
-
Peel off the adhesive strip on the back of the end of the tape, then apply it flush to the bottom of the paddle handle.
-
-
-
Start wrapping the tape around the paddle handle upwards and diagonally.
-
-
-
Cut from the bottom of the tape to the top at a shallow angle, then finish wrapping the tape around the shaft of the paddle.
-
-
-
Add about a half-inch-wide strip of electrical tape to the top of the handle to hold everything in place and cover with the grip band.
