My NuraTrue Pro Case stopped charging for some reason. I think that the USB-C connector is case. I want to open it to see what's going on.

    • Firmly push the top of the case back. It will create some space on the back of case and you can fit a jimmy there. Then slowly use jimmy, spudger, or screwdriver to make it to the sides of the case.

    • As soon as you make it to the side of the case, it will pop up.

To reassemble your device just push the interior of the case back to the exterior.
