    • Turn off the phone.

    • Remove the battery and any installed SIM and memory cards. There are two tapes screws:

    • 4x Torx T6

    • 5x Torx T5

    • Remove the middle bezel.

    • Earpiece

    • Earpiece Flex Cable

    • Loudspeaker / Ringer
