If you need to replace the top cover or gain access to other components, this guide will detail its removal. For this guide, you will need a medium sized wrench to remove the hex nuts. For more information refer to page 39 of the service manual.

Place device so that the top cover is facing you.

Open the top cover.

Remove the four hex nuts and lock washers (two at each hinge) that secure the cover to the hinges on the left side of the pneumatic box.

Remove the cover and set aside. Retain hardware for re-assembly.
