Use Phillips #1 screwdriver to unscrew the two bottom cover screws

The cord has prongs on it that are a little difficult to get out. Use a flathead screwdriver to press the release tab on the connector to remove it.

an additionnal info when having a battery issue, is to the reset to new battery. enter the menu, then help, and chose new battery.
it seems the neato system is set for planned obsolescence… unfortunatly for customers….
so I did it because battery stayed empty while plugged and switch found ok . And new my botvac is ok, like new!!
