The motor in the floor brush attachment of the vacuum powers the floor brush and the suction. Here is a guide on how to replace the motor in the Moosoo XL-618A vacuum.

    • Remove the eight 11 mm screws on the bottom of the vacuum with the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    • Pull the two hard plastic covers off of the floor brush piece.

    • Remove the 9 mm screw to the motor with the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    • Take the motor and floor brush out of their slot and pull the floor brush off of the motor.

    • This is the perfect opportunity to clean the brush as well.
