If the control knob is not working to control volume or power the headphones off or on, then the control knob is likely faulty. This guide will walk you through how to replace the knob safely and efficiently.
Keep in mind that all of these steps are from the right side of your headphones; the location of where you see the control knob indicates where the right side is.

Find the side of the headphones with the control knob.

Twist counterclockwise on the ear cushion to remove it.

Remove all four of the 4 mm Phillips #1 screws securing the driver assembly.

Lift out the driver assembly with care not to strain the connected cables.

Use the plastic opening tool to separate plastic bracket.

Flip up the black locking flap that secures the ribbon cable.

Disconnect the ribbon cable.

Lift out the small PCB.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
