Help! After installing new battery, one of the tabs does not close totally, leaving a bit or orange showing, and mouse pad is hardly operational. Cannot seem to get it to install completely. Put old battery back in to double check and its fine. Tried new battery 3 times to no avail!! Any tips?? Thank you!

Mmm, I think in two options:

1. The new battery has some imperfections and don´t met the official dimensions.

2. If the new battery is used, had an overheat and that caused a variation in its dimensions.

Sorry if I can´t help you more
