    • Carefully separate back panel from laptop.

I believe the "hex screwdriver" is not the correct tool required...I believe it's the Torx screwdriver that would be the correct tool.

Not sure if the description has been updated since the 07/30/17 comment but the required tool is a T5 Torx screwdriver that is mentioned in the ‘Tools’ section…and they are not very common!
