One thing this guide doesn't mention: there are three different scissor retainer clip styles across Lenovo models, and they're not interchangeable. The V14-ADA uses a dual-post style — if you order a butterfly clip by mistake it won't seat correctly. You can identify which you have by looking at the tab shapes in the empty socket (rectangular tabs = dual-post, angled/curved tabs = butterfly). Worth confirming before ordering. I got my replacement parts from laptop-keys.com by searching the model number — they have a clip-type filter that helped me avoid getting the wrong one.
