A damaged screen inhibits view and touchscreen functionality of the device. A screen replacement is necessary when the damage to the screen prevents the device from being used to its maximum capacity. When following this guide, be careful not to cause harm to any of the other internal components as they are very fragile.

I need a source for the LCD screen. Anyone have a connection?

rhilscher - crwdns2853112:0crwdne2853112:0

Where would i purchase the new screen?

gaildavies282 - crwdns2853112:0crwdne2853112:0

You cannot get the screens. I had to get one from a parted device. Best you could try for is finding one the correct size with the connector in the proper place that is 50 pin.

crhouk - crwdns2853112:0crwdne2853112:0

I bought mine on eBay for 15.00.
