Locate the six 16.0 mm Phillips #2 screws around the frame.

Use a Philip's #2 bit (PH2) screwdriver to remove them.

Firmly grasp the front face of the fan. Lift up to remove the face, and set it aside.

Firmly grasp the base of the blade. Lift up until the blade is removed, exposing the motor.

Take the new blade and align the center of the base with the motor. Push down on the blade firmly until the blade is secured.

Place the face of the fan back in its original position, making sure to align the holes for the screws.

Use the Phillips #2 bit screwdriver to twist the screws back into place.

Once the frame has been screwed back into place, the fan can now be plugged in and turned on.

I would like to add I had to take off the back and wedge a flat head screw driver between the blades and the motor to gently pry circularly on the two to get the blade off. Pry, turn the blade a turn, pry, turn the blade, until it loosened and came off. My blades were in pretty tight.
