Remove the rubber case around the drive. You can just stretch it off.

Remove these 4x Torx T8 screws

Push on one side of the drive, where the white plastic is. Which side does not matter.

Push GENTLY on the back side of the hard drive.

Pull the drive gently out of the SATA connector.

Hello, I have this same drive. My hard drive is fine, the internal case that has the SATA to USB C connector isn’t working. Is there a replacement for the adapter/inner case & the adapter?
I have no idea of replacement of the LaCie internal case
But any generic USB C To SATA Adapter can be used - and very cheap on amazon too
