Using a pair of tweezers, remove the rubber screw covers located at each corner of the main screen.

Turn the screwdriver counterclockwise to unscrew the screws located under the recently removed rubber plugs.

Using the "iPod Opening Tool", separate the faceplate from the front of the phone.

Align the new faceplate in the place of the previously cracked faceplate, and press the new faceplate onto the phone.
