K-Cup pack holder is stuck?
This guide will show you how to remove and replace the K-Cup Portion Pack Holder for the Keurig B70 Platinum if you're experiencing any problems with the pack holder. Before continuing with the guide, you're going to need a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

Turn off and unplug the Keurig before starting.

Open the lid and remove the two 11.0 mm screws located below the K-Cup holder.

Pull the black plastic guard of the K-Cup housing away from the Keurig.

Push the black button at the bottom of the lid to remove the K-cup holder assembly.

From the top, lift the assembly out of the Keurig.

Grab the top and the bottom of the holder assembly and pull it apart.
