The Kyvol Cybovac E20 has a main rolling brush that may stop functioning over time from use. The brush should be taken out and cleaned, but if this does not work, the brush may be broken. If your vacuum is not cleaning well, use this guide to replace a broken main brush.

    • Turn the vacuum off and lay it on a flat surface.
