If your Kyvol Cybovac E20 is not cleaning well, the filter may be the issue. The HEPA filter inside the vacuum needs to be cleaned every 2 weeks, but needs to be replaced every 2 months. Follow this guide to replace the HEPA filter.

Start by placing the vacuum on a flat surface.

Flip the vacuum over with the dust bin facing you.

Remove the dust bin.

Flip the dust bin over so you can see the filter compartment.

Open the hatch to the filter compartment.

Take out the plastic case with the filter inside.

Pry open the plastic casing.

Pull up the white tab to remove the current filter.

Insert the new filter.
