Sometimes, headphone speakers can be physically damaged, causing a distorted or complete lack of sound. This may occur for various reasons, such as by dropping the headphones or listening to sound at a very high volume. At any rate, if the speaker isn’t working, it may need to be replaced. This guide will teach you how to specifically replace the left side speaker driver of JBL Tune 720 BT headphones.
Before using this guide, try eliminating other possible sources of your headphones’ dysfunction. It may be that you simply need to reset the headphones, which can be achieved by holding down both volume buttons simultaneously for five seconds. When using Bluetooth, make sure that your headphones are paired to the correct device; you may need to select to “forget” any unwanted devices in their Bluetooth settings. If you are using the headphones with a cable rather than wirelessly, there may be problems with the port—debris or damage in the port can interrupt connection between the cable and the headphones. You can use compressed air to clean out debris. The cable itself may also be broken and need to be replaced.
But, if no evidence points away from a speaker issue, following these steps will help you remove the defunct speaker for replacement.

My JBL 720BT headphones the left side works but the right side doesn't. I tried resetting it many times, I tried seeing if it needed charged, its at full battery. There quite new, and I've looked up on how to fix it, and I tried so many things. I don't know what to do.
