Insert the Jimmy into the slit of the ear cup.

Insert the metal spudger with the Jimmy and use the spudger to pry the ear cup off.

Remove the three screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Use the Jimmy to pry out the white covering from the headphones.

Use the Jimmy to pry out the speaker driver.

My JBL 720BT headphones the left side works but the right side doesn't. I tried resetting it many times, I tried seeing if it needed charged, its at full battery. There quite new, and I've looked up on how to fix it, and I tried so many things. I don't know what to do.
