Insert the plastic opening tool in the crack in between the cover and the rubber spine with the power button.

Pry off the cover, beginning with the side without the volume and bluetooth buttons.

Pull off the cover with your thumbs.

Remove all four 10 mm JIS #1 screws around the damaged front active speaker.

Insert the plastic opening tool under the unscrewed front active speaker.

Pry off the front active speaker with the opening tool.

Cut the red, white, and black wires connected to the speaker using wire cutters.

If the magnet comes loose from the speaker how do you get it back on?
Replace the entire speaker.
Magnet realignment is crucial for the speaker to perform properly.

Why does this transducer have 3 terminals?
From what I can read it's for shielding, to reduce interference. But I also read that it would not be very effective.
Looking at the transducer, the white wire is merely connected to the chassis.
It can be omitted, so no need to find a replacement that has a shield lead.

I couldn’t find replacement drivers for the flip 4 so I just duck taped the driver pads, they work ok now.

You can find fully disassembled kits for 10-20usd.

Hello, I live in Brazil, if I open the plastic/cloth part to see if my speakers are damaged will I void my warranty?
I have a Flip 4 where I just replaced the motherboard. However the wires that are attached leading up to splice with the speaker are aluminum. My speakers off the original Motherboard has copper wire. After splicing the 2 together, i checked for continuity and it was successful but i did not have any sound from the speaker. Please Help
