Plug the device in a power outlet.

If the device does not charge right away, try keeping the volume down button for 10 seconds.

Charge the device to at least 10% (so it can turn on without the power cable)

Unplug the device from power.

Press the volume down button for 10 seconds

Your device should now power up.
