Thanks for the great guide which I have been using with success. I wonder if you know specifically what compound (not pads) there is on the capacitors and ram under the shield. Thank you

This was my second time tearing down the PS5 to clean it... and it was still a very annoying process.

It was made much easier with this guide, though. Thanks for all the work you put in to making it! Much appreciated.

Good morning. I did everything correctly, but the PS5 still shows being overheated. What should I do ?. Please

Oscar - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0

FYI in some versions of the PS5, you do not need to remove the large metal plate from the motherboard. They uncovered one of the ribbon cables so you can disconnect it with out all the hassle of tons of screws.

After I finidhed the guide, My ps5 shutdown again due to "overheating". But the guide was nonetheless amazing. I just dont know what else I can do

Ramazan Emre Ok - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0

Did you try blowing out the transformer with some compressed air? Mine had a lot of gunk, and was the reason for the random shutdowns.

David Burk -

My PS5 keeps switched off suddenly after about a hour of it being on, I have hooveredy using the hoover vents but, I feel like something is blocking the vents. I'm not technically mindedly but this guide makes it pretty easy, I feel like this is worth a shot to see if it's that problem, are there any warranty stickers in the process?

Stuart Dawson - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0

In this Video it explains perfectly what you can do and what not, I hope this answers your question, let me know.

Mohamed Shehata -

anyone know where the temperature sensors on the motherboard are?

Abu Muhammed - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
