You can use this guide to unjam a Uni Jetstream 4-in-1 Mechanical Pencil.
If your mechanical pencil is jammed, you won't be able to use it. Many mechanical pencils get thrown away and aren't properly disposed of. By learning how to replace your lead effectively, you can cut back on the plastic and lead waste that comes with buying a brand-new pencil.
Replacing the lead of a 4-1 device may be tricky, so make sure to work on a flat surface. Before you start, make sure you buy the correct replacement lead for your device. Otherwise, this process doesn't require any tools, you just need your hands.

Lightly tap the rod on the table so that any remaining led fragments are removed.

In order to avoid the rod rolling away, place the rod upright and out of the way. In the same silver cylinder, add your replacement led in the opening.

Reset the pen by pushing on any of the pen colors.
