If the rivet or fastener of your Croc has broken off and caused the strap to come loose, follow this guide to repair the issue.

Use a flathead screwdriver to pry underneath the plastic rivet head.

Wiggle the plastic rivet until the head pops off.

Use your hands to remove the remaining part of the old rivet from inside the Croc.

Flip the Croc strap to the front of the sandal and apply a binder clip to hold the strap in place.

Insert the end of the new rivet through the hole from the inside of the Croc.

Place the head of the new rivet through the hole of the Croc strap.

Move the Croc strap so that the rivet head aligns with the opening of the rivet tail.

Use a flathead screwdriver to turn the rivet head clockwise to tighten it.

To test for tightness, move the strap towards the back of the sandal.

If necessary, to loosen the Croc strap, rotate the rivet head counterclockwise using a flathead screwdriver.

Check that the Croc strap can rotate freely.
