Locate the velcro strap that needs to be fixed.

Use a pair of scissors to clean the loose threads in the area.

Pin the velcro in the right position and make sure that it is holding both the front and back side (red circle).

Use a straight stitch to sew along the patch.

Rotate the sleeping bag as much as you need to find the position that makes the stitching more comfortable.

Use a pair of scissors to clean the loose threads in both the front and back side.
