Use this guide to force restart your Samsung Galaxy Watch5.

Push and hold the home and back buttons together for at least 8 seconds.
After about 3 seconds the watch will display a "Power Off" symbol. Don't let go of the buttons.
Let go of the buttons when you see the watch restart.
