Remove the two bottom 16 mm pan head screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Remove the two 12 mm button head screws on top using a 4 mm Allen wrench.

Remove the plastic case from the base of the scooter.

Carefully pull the sides of the wheels up and remove them from the spring.

Grab the spring with combination pliers and bend it into a straight position.

Insert the spring into the center section of the wheels.

Slide the two rings on the sides of the wheels into the two rods.
