This guide addresses the issue of a foreign object falling into the opening beneath the mahjong table control panel, causing one or more of the four long tile platforms to be jammed. This results in the mahjong table tiles not rising from underneath the board properly. Often, when any of the four platforms opens up to create the tile "wall," small objects such as the scorekeeping chips may accidentally fall into the mechanism, rendering the machine unplayable. Below are the steps to fix the problem. These steps work for any kind of automatic mahjong table.

Unplug the mahjong table.

Remove the outer edge of the mahjong table and set it aside.

Lift the top frame up, exposing the inside.

Remove the long (green) platform cover of the jammed platform and set it aside to expose the opening of the platform.

Carefully remove the foreign object from the opening of the platform.

After removing the foreign object, remove the rest of the tiles and set them aside.

Reassemble all the components and turn on the power.

Press the center control panel to expose the center hole.

Push all the tiles in the center hole to ensure the machine properly builds the "wall" for play.
