This guide will outline how to fix a feather cat toy that your cat has destroyed. This can happen when your cat gets too aggressive with the feathers on the end of the string, leaving the toy unusable.

Slide a crimp onto the cat toy's line.

Thread the line through the ring of the key clasp.

Slide the crimp down to close the loop. Make sure that the crimp covers each part of the line.

Use your crimping tool or pliers in order to secure the crimp.

Apply super glue to any cracks visible on the feather capsule for maximum security.

Use regular glue to fill the inner portion of the feather capsule.

Individually insert the quill of each feather into the capsule.

Press down on the clasp lever to open up the hinge.

Slide the loop on the feather connector into the clasp to reconnect the toy.
