Empty out your drawer and pull it completely out of the dresser.

Clean the runner with a damp cloth to remove debris.

Apply the wood glue to both of the broken ends and join them together.

Secure the pieces with a clamp until the glue dries completely.

Remove the clamp from the repaired site.

Use sandpaper to sand off any excess glue.

Place your drawer back into the dresser to ensure that the drawer slides smoothly.
