Use a different clean rag and add acetone to clean the area.

Cut out your chosen fabric to size and leave plenty of room for the sides.

Spray the entire panel with the adhesive.

Line up the fabric to the panel by starting in the center and pressing down gently.

Use an X-acto knife to push the fabric into the crevices.

Your car door panels should now be done. If these is still any peeling of the fabric, you can add more adhesive glue and press down on the panel.
