Remove the two screws from the bottom plate as shown.

Remove the two screws on the bulb housing.

Pull the tab up and pull the bulb out vertically. Some force will be required, but it will come out.

Using a can of compressed air, blow on the fan until all dust is gone.

Oil can be added in with a dropper on the bearing if needed.
