This guide will walk you through the steps to remove your rotation motor. Though disassembly is simple, it is a difficult process to put back together because you have to solder wires or use a wire connector to reattach a new rotation motor.

Lay fan on the ground and use your fingers peel the three feet off the bottom of the fan.

Remove the three 12mm screws using the Phillips #0 Screwdriver.

Remove the two 10mm screws using the Phillips #0 Screwdriver.

Move the rotation motor left and right to reveal the screw connecting it to the fan.

Remove the 18mm screw from the side of the motor using the Phillips #0 Screwdriver.

Using the wire cutters, severe the wires connecting the rotation motor to the fan.
