This guide shows how to remove or replace the rotary tines on a Honda FRC800K1A Rear Tine Tiller.
You may need to support the tiller during this process. Use jack stands, large pieces of wood, or other strong supports. Rock the tiller back and forth on its supports before beginning to ensure that it won’t fall or tip over during repairs.

Firmly grip the base of the connector and pull it away from the spark plug to disconnect it.

Flip the fuel valve switch to the off position.

Use a 12 mm socket and wrench to remove the six sets of side guard bolts and nuts, three on each side.

Slide the side guard off of the curved main guard to remove.

Use a 14 mm socket to remove the two rotary tine retaining bolts.

Slide the rotary tine off its axle to remove it.
