Is the audio from your Invoke smart speaker distorted or scratchy? If so, one of the three speakers in your invoke might need to be replaced. All you need for this replacement is a Phillips #2 screw driver, a Torx #10 screw driver and a metal spudger tool.

Use metal spudger to remove top cover from smart speaker.

Use the Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the three 17mm screws.

Once the 17 mm screws are removed, lift the volume wheel.

Pull lightly on the cable in order to remove both the volume wheel and LED board.

Use the Torx #10 screwdriver, remove the four 14 mm screws around the lid.

Remove lid.

Once lid is removed, housing can now slide upwards.

Use the Torx #10 screwdriver, remove both 10 mm screws for each speaker that must be replaced.

Pull on the speaker cables lightly in order to detach the speakers.
