In this guide, you will be shown how to successfully remove the battery from the computer, in order to replace it as necessary.

Turn off the laptop.

Turn over the laptop, and make sure the battery bay is toward you.

On either side of the battery bay, there are two latches that you need to slide.

Once those latches are slid, you may take out the battery.
