Turn the laptop upside down with the battery compartment facing you.

Slide the battery release latch to the right and hold in place.

Lift the front edge of the battery up and remove it from the compartment.

Orient the laptop with the memory cover towards you.

Unscrew the three 2x5mm screws with a #00 Phillips screwdriver.

Pull the two tabs on both sides of the memory stick to release it.

Grab the memory stick from the sides with your fingers and set aside.
