You will be removing a small plastic cover to get to your device's RAM, then with a couple short steps you will be able to remove it.

Close your device, then turn it over.

Place your index finger on the ridged tab.

Apply moderate pressure to the tab and slide it to the right.

While the tab is on the right, you should be able to gently slide your battery out of your device.

Turn your device over and orient it so the battery is facing you.

Unscrew the following 5mm screws using a Phillips head #0 screwdriver.

Remove the cover.

Place your fingers on little metals tabs on both sides of the RAM casing.

Push the tabs towards the sides. This should cause the RAM to pop up.

Pull on it with medium force at the angle it is oriented.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
