Make sure that you are wearing your anti-static wristband. This will prevent damaging any internal parts with any built up static electricity.

Unscrew the 10.5mm screw on the left of the desktop using your hand.

Next, remove the side panel by sliding it towards the back of the desktop and pulling up, as shown.

Remove the four 120mm Phillips #000 head, 5 mm screws holding the fan.

Carefully pull up and disconnect the fan's power cable.

Im looking to replace the fan in mine, what size would I look for, or even what model would be best?
Did you ever determine what fan to use ? I need to order one for my system.
I bought the Philips #000 Screwdriver from iFixit as listed above. It is not even close to what is needed. That screwdriver is like a jewelers tiny Philips head. It needs a much bigger screwdriver.
Fails to mention the most important part of the entire procedure. That would be to remove the old thermal paste from the top of the CPU with 91-99% isopropyl alcohol and re-apply new thermal paste. Short of doing this almost guarantees failure to maintain proper cooling.
