Carefully flip the device over so that the bottom is facing up.

Slide the battery up and away from the laptop.

Use a screwdriver to remove the single screw on the covering located on the back of the laptop.

Locate the RAM after you remove the covering.

Use fingers or tools to press the clamps that hold the RAM in to the side.

Place your fingers firmly on the RAM and pull it up.
