Place the watch in the band holder.

Make sure to align the band pin directly over one of the holes.

Use your pin push and rubber mallet to knock it through.

Use your pliers to pull the pin the rest of the way through.

Repeat steps 1-3 on the other side to fully release the old clasp from the watch.

Slide the pin back in halfway, then reattach both sides of your new clasp to your watch.
