Locate the release mechanisms for the battery that are located near the ends of the battery

Slide the release lock on the top right hand side of the laptop to expose the orange on the left hand side of the tab.

Once the right battery release is unlocked, do the same for the release lock on the left side.

Once both are unlocked, gently push the battery out of the device. It should be completely separated from the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
